Greenply Industries announced that consequent to the approval of NCLT to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Greenply Industries (Greenply) and Greenpanel Industries (Greenpanel) for demerger of the Demerged Undertaking/Transferred Business into Greenpanel with effect from 01 April 2018, Vishwanathan Venkatramani, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned with effect from 18 July 2019 to take up assignment in Greenpanel Industries.
