Under bonus issue
GRUH Finance has allotted 36,57,20,011 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each as fully paid up bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the Company in the proportion of one share as fully paid bonus share for each equity share held on 07 June 2018, being the Record Date fixed for the purpose.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 146,28,80,044 consisting of 73,14,40,022 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. The new shares shall rank pan passu in all respects with the existing equity shares.
