Gujarat Automotive Gears has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 18 March 2014, to consider the following:1. To consider and approve working capital with facilities with State Bank of India, Chandigarh.
2. To consider and approve working capital with facilities with Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Chandigarh.
3. To approve the remuneration of Managing Director.
4. To consider and approve the transaction for inter Company.
