With effect from 11 August 2015
Gujarat Poly-Avx Electronics announced that J. M. Shah, Company Secretary has resigned from the Company w. e. f. 11 August 2015 due to his ill-health. The Board in their Meeting held on 11 August 2015 has accepted the resignation.Further, Dharmesh H. Upadhyaya is now appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w. e. f. 17 August 2015.
