Hong Kong equity market advanced on Wednesday, 15 October 2014, tracking positive lead from offshore market overnight and gain in the mainland A-shares, with property companies and casino operators led the advance. The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 92.08 points, or 0.4%, to close at 23140.05.
