Hanung Toys & Textiles announced that pursuant to Special resolution passed through postal ballot by the shareholders under section 42 of the Companies Act 2013, the Company has allotted on 05 August 2014, 42,44,000 preferential equity shares as per SEBI ICDR Guidelines 2009, to promoter group's Company i.e. Praneet Softech at a price of Rs. 22.62 per equity shares calculated in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Guidelines 2009.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
