At board meeting held on 31 March 2015
Haryana Texprints (Overseas) announced that, in its meeting held on 31 March 2015, the Board of Director has appointed to Swati Maheshwari as Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the company under the second proviso to Section 149(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
