HB Estate Developers announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Pisces Portfolios with HB Estate Developers (Scheme) has been approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh. The Appointed Date for the Scheme is 01 April 2012 and the Transferee Company (HB Estate Developers) shall issue 64 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up for every 100 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Transferor Company (Pisces Portfolios). The total number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to be allotted to the shareholders of the Transferor Company by the Transferee Company is 40,95,995 amounting to Rs. 4,09,59,950/-.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
