HCL Infosystems jumped 9.17% to Rs 51.80 at 14:15 IST. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 13.68 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 8.96 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
JK Tyre & Industries surged 7.81% to Rs 139.35. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 2.68 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.16 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Sundram Fasteners gained 7.18% at Rs 532.40. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 81,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 12,000 shares in the past two weeks.
Future Consumer advanced 6.61% at Rs 67.70. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 31.24 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 12.62 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Parag Milk Foods rose 5.72% to Rs 286.70. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.60 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.57 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
