Under stock option plans
HCL Technologies announced that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company on 29 October 2014 has allotted 1,80,924 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each under the 1999, 2000 and 2004 Stock Option Plans of the Company.
