Issue price is Rs 1067 per equity shares; QIP issue closure on 05 February 2015
HDFC Bank announced that in respect of the QIP, the Special Committee of the Bank has, at its meeting held on 05 February 2015, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions:1. declared the closure of the issue period for the QIP on 05 February 2015;
2. determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 1,067 per Equity Share for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers in the QIP; and
3. approved and adopted the placement document dated 05 February 2015, in connection with the QIP (the "Placement Document").
