Housing Development Finance Corporation is issuing Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Senior Notes) for Rs 2500 crore with option to retain oversubscription upto Rs 7500 crore on private placement. The issue opens for bidding on 08 April 2020. The object of the issue is to augment the long-term resources of the Corporation.
