To extend from 01 October 2013 to 31 March 2015
Helios & Matheson Information Technology announced that the Company has received the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Chennai for extending the financial year for 2013-14. The approval was given to the Company to meet with the requirements of the new Companies Act 2013.
