With effect from 24 September 2015
Heritage Foods announced that N. P. Rama Krishna, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director is liable to retire by rotation and eligible for re-appointment as per Section 152 of the Companies Act, 2013 at the 23rd Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2014-15.He has not offered himself for re-appointment as a Director of the Company because of his personal reason. Hence his directorship was ceased in conclusion of 23rd Annual General Meeting held on 24 September 2015.
