Scheme to come into effect on filing of order with RoC, Mumbai
Hexaware Technologies announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench has approved Scheme of Amalgamation of Risk Technology International ('the Transferor Company') with Hexaware Technologies ('the Transferee Company') and their respective Shareholders.
