With effect from 17 November 2014
Himachal Futuristic Communications announced that the IDBl Bank ('lDBI") vide its letter dated 29 October 2014 has withdrawn the nomination of Shri. S G Nadkarni from the Board of Company and in his place appointed Shri. Rajiv Sharma, General Manager, CBG, IDBI Bank Limited, Indian Red Cross Society Building, 1, Red Cross Road, New Delhi-110001 as its Nominee Director. In view of above, the Board of Directors has appointed Rajiv Sharma as Nominee Director of the IDBI Bank in place of S G Nadkarni w.e.f. 17 November 2014.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
