With effect from 04 April 2016
Hinduja Foundries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 April 2016, have approved :1. Markus Wermers stepping down from the post of Managing Director and CEO of the Company with immediate effect.
2. D M Reddy has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from 04 April 2016.
