Hinduja Global Solutions announced that Kanti Mohan Rustagi had resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. the close of business hours of 31 May 2014.Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Makarand Dinkar Dewal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 02 June 2014 and also Key Managerial Person pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
