Hinduja Ventures announced that Vinoo Hinduja vide her letter dated 27 January 2015 has tendered her resignation as a Director of the Company. The Company has received the said letter on 30 January 2015 and the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 30 January 2015 has took the note of the same and accepted her resignation w.e.f. 30 January 2015.
