With effect from 29 April 2014
Hindustan Construction Company announced that Arun V Karambelkar has resigned as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 29 April 2014 and the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 02 May 2014 has appointed Arun V Karambelkar as President & Chief Executive Officer - 'E&C' of the Company with effect from 29 April 2014.Dr Ila Patnaik has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2014 as she is joining as Principal Economic Advisor in the Government of India.
The same has been duly taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 02 May 2014. The Board has placed on record its appreciation of the contribution made and the valuable services rendered by Dr Ila Patnaik during her tenure as Director of the Company.
