Hindustan Copper leads gainers on BSE's 'A' group

Titan Company, Infibeam Incorporation, MMTC and Indian Bank are among the other gainers in the BSE's 'A' group today, 6 November 2017.

Hindustan Copper surged 18.35% at Rs 102.85 at 13:45 IST. The stock topped the gainers in 'A' group. On the BSE, 58.54 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 19.6 lakh shares in the past two weeks. The company announces Q2 results on 10 November 2017.

Titan Company spurted 17.3% at Rs 773.50 after consolidated net profit surged 67.4% to Rs 277.93 crore on 29.6% growth in net sales to Rs 3473.07 crore in Q2 September 2017 over Q2 September 2016. The result was announced after market hours on Friday, 3 November 2017. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 12.21 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 84,000 shares in the past two weeks.

 

Infibeam Incorporation jumped 15.22% at Rs 193. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 17.36 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 10.71 lakh shares in the past two weeks.

MMTC climbed up 12.86% at Rs 82.50. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 27.42 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 11.39 lakh shares in the past two weeks.

Indian Bank rose 8.15% at Rs 375.50. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 7.83 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.26 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
