Hindustan Motors at its board meeting held on 10 May 2014, has appointed Uttam Bose as additional director of the company with effect from 10 May 2014.Moloy Chowdhury, manager of the company has been designated as chief executive officer of the company for a period of two years. Appointed Tarun Kumar Kabra as company secretary, re-designated Aniruddha Sarkar as chief financial officer and head legal.
