Among the other constituents of the index, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd decreased 3.43% and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd lost 3.28% on the day. The S&P BSE Oil&Gas index went down 21.65 % over last one year compared to the 4.2% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
