Under scheme of amalgamation
Hindustan Unilever has allotted 18,46,23,812 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to the shareholders who were holding shares of the GlaxoSmithKline Consumer HealthCare as on the Record Date of 17 April 2020, under the Scheme of Amalgamation.Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 2,34,94,67,999 shares & the issued capital has increased to 2,40,25,86,975 shares.
