Hindusthan National Glass & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company vide a Resolution passed by Circulation on 03 March 2015, appointed Rita Bhimani, subject to the approval of the shareholders, as an additional Woman Independent Director of the Company pursuant to provisions of Section 149(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.Further the Company has informed that, Kishore Bhimani, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Directorship of the Company. The Board placed on record its deep appreciation for his long association with the Company.
