Hit Kit Global Solutions announced that Manish Suryavanshi, has resigned as Compliance Officer from the services of the Company and he has been relieved from his responsibilities with effect from the close of business hours on 31 December 2014.In absence of Company Secretary, the Company has now appointed Rajesh Mavani as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 02 January 2015.
