HMT announced that Girish Kumar, Managing Director, HMT (International), Bangalore, has been appointed as Chairman & Managing Director, HMT, Bangalore for a period of five years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. S. Girish Kumar assumed charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), HMT on 21 April 2017. Earlier, S.
