The Hong Kong stock market closed lower on Monday, 27 November 2017, as risk aversion selloff triggered on following a tumble in mainland stocks as investors continued to fret about high credit costs in China, with heavyweights such as Tencent Holdings and Ping An Insurance Group pulling back further from the all-time highs they reached last week. The Hang Seng Index dropped 0.6%, or 180.13 points, to 29,686.19. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index sank 1.1%. Turnover decreased slightly to HK$102.6 billion from HK$104.6 billion on Friday.
