The Hong Kong stock market finished higher on Monday, 06 June 2016, as weaker-than-expected U.S. nonfarm payrolls data slashing the chances of a June rate hike from the US Federal Reserve. The benchmark Hang Seng Index advanced 82.98 points, or 0.4%, to 21030.22 points. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, benchmark measure of performance of mainland China enterprises, rose 55.54 points, or 0.63%, to 8865.35. Turnover sank to HK$51.9 billion from HK$60.1 billion on Friday.
