Hong Kong stock market declined for second straight day on Friday, 11 September 2015, hit by worries about China's economy and uncertainty over whether the US will raise interest rates next week. The benchmark index opened 147 points higher and saw its gains widen to 350 points at one stage before reversing its gains. The Hang Seng Index dropped 58.13 points, or 0.27%, at 21504.37 points. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, benchmark measure of performance of mainland China enterprises, slipped 61.88 points, or 0.63%, to 9718.28 points. Turnover increased slightly to HK$87.1 billion from HK$79.5 billion on Thursday.
