Under stock options
Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 08 May 2014 allotted 1,39,875 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 312.13 crore consisting of 156,06,72,480 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
