Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 21 May 2014 allotted 9,62,815 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / Officer(s).Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 312.32 crore consisting of 156,16,35,295 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
