Under stock options
Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 18 June 2014 allotted 11,52,305 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / director(s).Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 313.09 crore consisting of 156,54,97,350 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
