Under stock options
Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 23 June 2014 allotted 14,52,120 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 313.38 crore consisting of 156,69,49,470 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
