Housing Development Finance Corporation proposes to issue Rupee Denominated Bonds

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meetings held previously, the Corporation is contemplating, subject to market conditions, undertaking an issuance of Rupee Denominated Bonds to overseas investors, indicative details of which are given hereunder:

Issue Size up to Rs. 500 Crore

Issue opening date 31 August 2016

Issue closing / pricing date 01 September 2016

Listing London Stock Exchange

The pricing and the tenure of the bonds to be issued pursuant to the said issue will be intimated in due course.
