ICICI Bank announced that it has priced an issuance of 5 year fixed rate notes of an aggregate principal amount of US$ 500 million through its DIFC (Dubai) branch. The notes were offered only outside the United States to non-US persons under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
