ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company announced that ICICI Bank has offered to sell an aggregate of 1,43,55,550 equity shares (representing 1.00% of the equity share capital of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company (the Company) with an option to sell up to additional 1,43,55,550 (representing 1.00% of the equity share capital of the Company), of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company (the Equity Shares), on the separate window provided by the stock exchanges for this purpose on 14 June 2018.The Floor Price for the Sale shall be Rs. 390 per share
