ICICI Bank announced that the IPO of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company will open for subscription to public on 15 September 2017 and shall close on 19 September 2017.The Offer includes a reservation of 43.12 lakh equity shares of ICICI Lombard for purchase by ICICI Bank shareholders.
