Post trading hours on Thursday, 20 February 2020, Tata Power Company had announced that ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has purchased 8 lakh equity shares or 0.03% stake in the firm. Post transaction, ICICI Prudential MF increased its stake to 19.08 crore equity shares or 7.06% from 19 crore equity shares or 7.03% stake held earlier.
On Thursday, 20 February 2020, shares of Tata Power Company had closed at Rs 51.60 on BSE, up from Rs 51.40 on Wednesday 19 February 2020.
Market was closed on Friday on account of Maha Shivratri.
