Under ESOS
Idea Cellular announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has vide its circular resolution dated 24 November 2015 allotted 409,191 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 36,00,019,577 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 36,000,195,770/-.
