Idea Cellular jumped 5.2% to Rs 83 at 13:39 IST. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 21.88 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 12.04 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Oberoi Realty surged 4.37% to Rs 466.10. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 57,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 2.75 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Bharti Airtel gained 3.85% at Rs 448.20. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 4.26 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4.93 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Federal Bank advanced 3.58% at Rs 121.40. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 16.93 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6.30 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Berger Paints India rose 3.25% to Rs 265. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 69,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 78,000 shares in the past two weeks.
