With effect from 11 January 2017
IDFC announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, appointed Soumyajit Ghosh and Manish Kumar as Additional Directors in the category of "Nominee Director" on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 11 January 2017. They are currently acting as Under Secretaries in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance and they are not related to any of the Directors of the Company.The above Directors are being appointed in place of Snehlata Shrivastava who resigned from the office of the Director with effect from 29 November 2016.
