IDFC Bank has allotted 1,121,338 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10 each to the employees in terms of IDFC Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 (IDFC Bank ESOS-2015).Post the aforesaid allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Bank now stands at 3,400,479,443 equity shares of Rs.10 each, aggregating to Rs.34,004,794,430.
