With effect from 31 July 2016
IDFC Bank announced that Vinod Rai who served as a Nominee Director representing IDFC on the Board of IDFC Bank since July 27, 2015, has resigned from the Board of IDFC Bank w.e.f. 31 July 2016.Rai was appointed as the Chairman of the Banks Board Bureau. Hence, to avoid any potential conflict of interest, he has resigned as a Director of IDFC Bank.
