With effect from 12 September 2014
IFCI announced that Prof. Arvind Sahay has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 12 September 2014.Further he has been appointed as an Independent Director for a period of 3 years commencing from 12 September 2014, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
