IFCI announced that Santosh B Nayar, chief executive officer and managing director has resigned from the board of company with effect from 11 December 2013, Malay Mulcherjee is appointed as chief executive officer and managing director of the company with effect from 12 December 2013 and Achal Kumar Gupta is appointed as deputy managing director of the company with effect 12 December 2013.
