IL&FS Engineering & Construction Co announced that Saudi Binladin Group, vide its letter dated 04 September 2016, has nominated Ahmed Dabbous as a Director of the Company.The matter wrt appointment of Dabbous will be placed in the next Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for its approval.
