On preferential basis
IL&FS Engineering & Construction Company announced that the Company allotted 8,900,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on a preferential basis at a price of Rs. 85.50 on 08 September 2015 to the following 2 entities:1. Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services - 4,408,045 Equity Shares
2. IL&FS Financial Services - 4,491,955 Equity Shares
The Equity shares allotted as mentioned above, including their pre-allotment holdings shall be subject to Lock-in requirement as per the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
