IL&FS Transportation Networks awarded LoA for a road project on NH-6 in Maharashtra

IL&FS Transportation Networks announced that the Company had submitted a Bid with the National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") for 4-laning of Amravati-Chikhli (Package-I) section of NH-6 in the state of Maharashtra from Km. 166.000 to Km. 360.000 on BOT (TOLL) basis on DBFOT pattern under NHDP Phase-IV (the "Project"). The concession period for the Project will be 19 years including construction period of 910 days and the estimated cost of the Project is Rs. 2,288.18 crore.

Further, the Company has been awarded the Project through issuance of a Letter of Award dated 24 July 2015 by NHAI. The Company had quoted a grant of Rs. 183.05 crore for Project.
