IL&FS Transportation Networks jumped 6.82% at Rs 80.70 at 13:35 IST. The stock topped the gainers in 'A' group. On the BSE, 2.44 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 56,000 shares in the past two weeks.
Finolex Cables spurted 6.13% at Rs 590. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.34 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4,138 shares in the past two weeks.
Sterlite Technologies jumped 5.49% at Rs 256.65. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 14.1 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 3.16 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
HPCL climbed 5.45% at Rs 459.90. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 3.03 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 4.23 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
MMTC rose 4.99% at Rs 63.10. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 9.29 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.54 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
